There are four Area Panels in the West North West area, which cover the following areas:

Calverley & Farsley, Pudsey and Farnley & Wortley

Bramley & Stanningley and Armley

|
Guiseley & Rawdon, Otley & Yeadon, Adel & Wharfedale and Horsforth

|
Weetwood, Headingley, Kirkstall and Hyde Park & Woodhouse

Each Area Panel works to a Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct. These are available from the links on the right.
Each Area Panel consists of:
- One Board Director
- Two local Ward members
- Six Tenants
Area Panel meetings are open to the public and are held on a bi monthly basis on the same cycle as the main Board meetings. Brief Summaries of the meeting outcomes are available from the links on the right.
The remit of the Area Panels is wide and encompasses several service areas. They have a number of functions, ranging from monitoring services, influencing Service design and making recommendations on policy changes that they are consulted on to the main Board.
Each Area Panel is responsible for a budget that covers:
- Support for tenants groups
- Support for community groups
- Local environmental budgets
- Local Community safety budgets
