The Board meet on a monthly basis. Meetings commence at 6pm with refreshments from 5.30pm. Board meetings are open to the public but members of the public are asked to leave the room when confidential papers are being discussed.

Please note that 5 minutes are made available at the end of each meeting for members of the public to ask questions, which may be extended at the Chair’s discretion. It will not always be possible to answer all questions in full at a meeting. We strongly advise that if you wish to ask a question you contact us prior to the meeting so we can investigate and provide a comprehensive reply.
