Board Meetings

The Board of Directors

The Board meet on a bi monthly basis.  The dates and venues for forthcoming meetings are:

Meetings commence at 6pm with refreshments from 5.30pm.  Board meetings are open to the public but members of the public are asked to leave the room when confidential papers are being discussed. 

If you wish to attend a Board meeting then please contact Amanda Rudd on 0113 2477543 or by email at mandy.rudd@wnwhl.org.uk giving your name and address details, so papers for the meeting can be posted to you. 

Five minutes at the end of the meeting is available for members of the public to ask questions, which may be extended at the Chair’s discretion.  It will not always be possible to answer all questions in full at a meeting.  We strongly advise that if you wish to ask a question you contact us prior to the meeting so we can investigate and provide a comprehensive reply.
