While your kitchen is being installed, you will be offered temporary cooking facilities and a temporary sink unit. Where asbestos is present, this will require removing prior to any work starting.
*The work will include:
stripping out of the old kitchen;
installation of any new wiring by an electrician if required;
re-plastering where required;
installation of new pipe work for plumbing and gas;
fitting of new kitchen units;
wall tiling;
installation of new sockets and replacement fuse board and lights by an electrician where required;
grouting of wall tiles;
decorating the full kitchen;
laying of new floor covering.
On average the work will take 15 working days to complete. Please be aware that this is an average time, each individual property may be different. However, you will be advised and kept fully informed throughout the work.
