When installing wet floor showers your wash hand basin and the toilet may be temporarily removed, but the toilet will be available at all times for you to safely use.
The work will include:
Where asbestos is present, this will require removing prior to any work starting;
Remove the old bathroom suite;
install shower tray into the floor;
Electrician will install new wiring where necessary;
Plaster as necessary and tile all walls;
Screed the floor (this will mean the toilet being removed for a short period of time);
Lay non-slip vinyl covering;
Fitting of wash hand basin and toilet, and alter pipe work where necessary;
Decorate the woodwork and the ceiling.
On average the work will take ten working days to complete. Please note that this is an average time, and each property may be different.
