Estate Management is a term used to describe a wide range of services relating to the management of housing estate areas across West North West homes Leeds. Any matter, which can impact upon customer's quiet enjoyment of their home or the environment in which they live, can be described as an Estate Management issue.
West North West homes are responsible for managing these estates and dealing with: fly tipping , litter and graffiti, grounds maintenance issues, tree management communal areas including garages and parking, estate walkabouts and inspections.
Each estate has a dedicated Neighbourhood Management Officer that inspects the estate monthly, enabling us to manage the environment and common areas around our properties and effectively provide clean, safe and well lit internal and external spaces where possible. Through our publicised Service Standards that have been agreed with customers we now monitor the performance of Estate Services.
Our Environmental Services manage the performance of the environmental contracts for Grounds Maintenance (grass cutting and shrubs), Weed spraying, Multistory Caretaking and Cleaning and run our own in-house estate Caretaking.
