West North West homes Leeds are now carrying out quarterly grading of our estates. We are looking at all aspects of environmental issues, including fly tipping, graffiti, overgrown gardens, grass cutting and litter.
We use this information along with our monthly inspections and walkabouts to direct resources and make local improvements to the estates. Through our programmes of estate monitoring we involve customers and tenant inspectors in monitoring our services. We grade our estates in three categories: green, amber and red.
