Following consultation with customers, West North West homes Leeds is pleased to launch our new 2010 Customer Involvement Compact, which replaces the 2008 Customer Involvement Agreement. The Compact sets out how our customers, by getting involved, can make a real difference to the services they receive from West North West homes Leeds and benefits for the wider community.
It includes details of how to get involved and the standards and commitments agreed between WNWhL and involved customers.
The Compact clearly lays out the many different ways for customers to get involved, for example: Area Panels, Customer Sounding Boards etc. and provides a guide as to how much time and commitment involved customers might be asked to give and; most importantly, how much influence their involvement could have!
