What Is our Home Consultation Panel
We are about to establish this Panel to provide an easy way for you to tell us what you think about the services we provide – from the comfort of your own home! Panel members will be invited to take part in telephone, postal, home visit or email surveys. You will be able to choose your preferred method of ‘having your say’.
Why have a Home Consultation Panel ?
Many of you have busy lives and simply do not have the time or interest in taking part in meetings and other events. However it is important to us that we hear the views of as many of our customers as possible – and not just those that who are able to attend meetings.
Who can get involved?
Anyone can be involved but we believe this Panel will appeal to our younger tenants, to parents, to those who are working or in education and training. We also believe this Panel will interest tenants from Black or Minority Ethnic communities; and people, such as those of you with health difficulties, who may feel anxious about taking part in regular public meetings. Leaseholders are also very welcome to join.
What Would My Commitment Be ?
If you join the Home Consultation Panel you will be giving your consent for West North West Homes Leeds, to contact you to ask your views on the different services you receive from us. At the most we would contact you once a month. It would probably be less often however and you would not be obliged to take part every time – only as often as you wish. We will not pass on your details to anyone with whom we do not have a data sharing agreement.
What help and support can I expect?
We aim to make it easy for everyone to take part. So, if you need your surveys in larger print, in other languages or would prefer only telephone or email surveys, then we will do this. We will ensure that there is no cost to you by providing Freepost envelopes when appropriate.
