For some more substantial or complicated repairs we will make an appointment to visit you before we carry out any work. This appointment will be made at a time convenient with you.

Feedback on Repairs or Surveyor Visits Online
You can now provide feedback on a surveyor visit or repair appointment on-line using one of our forms, instead of posting back the slip that came with your appointment letter. Simply use the links on the right to access an online form.
