Service Standards

West North West Homes Leeds worked in consultation with our customers to produce our Service Standards. These can be downloaded by clicking on the link on the right.

Our service standards are the commitments we have agreed with you and explain what you can expect from us.

They ensure we are delivering an excellent service for all our customers. These standards are promises we need to keep and we are determined to live up to them.

We measured how we performed against each of them and published highlights in recent issues of Buzz. You can find out how we performed against all of our standards for 2008-2009 by clicking on the link at the right of this page.

Customers have recently been fully involved in revising our standards at Customer Sounding Boards and Service Improvement Groups. The final stages for consultation and approval are underway.  We expect to publish our revised standards by mid-November 2009.

Service standards are important because:

• they let you know the standard of service to expect from us;
• they help you judge whether we are providing a good service;
• they define the standard of service our staff are expected to deliver.
