Welcome to this summary of our 2009/10 Business Plan. Its aim is to provide a quick overview of our plans and objectives for the year, and equally importantly how we intend to achieve them. Why do we need a Business Plan?
The Business Plan sets out our aims, values and objectives for the financial year ahead and explains how we plan to deliver them. The Business Plan also sets out The Vision for the Company:“ to excel in delivering homes and services which are relevant to our customers , meet their aspirations and enhance communities”, and makes a clear statement of intent.
The Mission Statement is underpinned by the core values that define the organisational culture for WNWHL, that we expect all to live up to day in and day out.
By identifying key areas of importance to the company, the business plan offers strategic direction to all those involved in WNWhL. The business plan helps everyone involved with WNWhL, our
