Repairs and Maintenance

  

We operate a responsive repairs service to your home in partnership with Morrison and Mears.

You can now contact Morrison FS direct if you have an enquiry about an existing repair or wish to change an appointment: call 0333 600 6160 (local rate).

All repairs, including emergency out of hours repairs, can be reported on:  0800 915 1113 (free from a landline but calls from a mobile will be as per your contract).

For some more substantial or complicated repairs we will make an appointment to visit you before we carry out any work.  This appointment will be made at a time convenient with you.

As we now have a new maintenance contractor delivering our repairs service we, unfortunately, can no longer offer a £10.00 failed appointment compensation payment to customers. 

Feedback on surveyor visits online 
You can now provide feedback on a surveyor visit on-line using one of our forms, instead of posting back the slip that came with your appointment letter. Simply use the links on the right to access an online form.
