As well as providing a day to day repairs service each year we carry out a number of major repairs to homes such as fitting new kitchens or new roofs.
Together these works make up our investment programme which when complete will ensure all our homes meet the Decent Homes standard.

Capital Improvement Works - Amount Spent to Date
The budget for Capital Improvement Works for the financial year 2008/09 is £52.4 million. At the end of January 20090, £36.5 million has been spent on improvement works to bring properties up to the decent homes standard.
