PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Under the general direction and control of the Sheltered Support Team Leader to provide practical assistance whilst encouraging the independence of the service users within the complex in accordance with organisational needs, policies and practices.
MAIN DUTIES:
To make routine visits to each designated service user as soon as practicable each day.
To be a visible presence within the complex.
To respond appropriately to emergency situations which arise at any time of the day.
