One of the major successes of the ALMOs has been the increase in consultation with tenants across the city.

Your new ALMO will be introducing three or four Local Area Panels in your part of the city. This means that there will be even more opportunities than ever before to become involved with local decisions.

Each Panel will include tenants from your own communities, will have its own budget, and will be responsible for making decisions about local services.

The local knowledge and representation that tenants will provide will give the panels a local focus when making decisions about how the ALMOs manage your estates.

We are proud of what ALMOs have achieved in Leeds, and we still believe that they are the best option for council tenants.
